RETURN POLICY (Eco Saheli)

 

1. Returns Eligibility

Because sanitary pads are personal hygiene products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened packs

  • Used products

  • Partially used products

  • Any item with damaged hygiene seal


2. Return Accepted Only in These Cases

Returns / replacements are allowed only if:
✅ You received the wrong product
✅ Product was damaged during delivery
✅ Product pack was tampered/open upon delivery
✅ Missing items in your order


3. Return Request Timeline

You must raise a request within:
48 hours of delivery


4. How to Request Return / Replacement

Email us at: hello@ecosaheli.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Issue details

  • Clear photos/video of the product + packaging

Our team will verify and respond within 2-3 business days.


5. Replacement Policy

If approved:

  • We will ship a replacement product free of cost
    OR

  • Provide store credit / refund (depending on case)


6. Refund Policy

If refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Money will be credited to the original payment method


7. Non-Returnable Situations

No return/refund will be given for:

  • Wrong address provided

  • Customer unavailable at delivery time

  • Delay due to courier partner

  • Customer change of mind after delivery
